1. What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery
6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
7. What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping options:
- Tracked & Insured Shipping (standard delivery)
- Priority Tracked & Insured Shipping (faster delivery)
8. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected:
- Standard shipping: 6 to 10 business days
- Priority shipping: 2 to 4 business days
9. How much does shipping cost?
- Standard shipping: Flat rate of $2.99
- Priority shipping: Flat rate of $5.99
10. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 04:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) are processed the same day; later orders are processed the next business day.
11. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
12. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but not received?
Please check your delivery address, surrounding areas, and with neighbors. If the issue persists, contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to our support team for assistance.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
13. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
14. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
15. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet all return eligibility conditions, and customers must contact us to arrange the exchange process.
